1. Services

Next Era IT provides online services, including but not limited to:

  • Website and application development
     
  • Digital marketing and SEO
     
  • IT consultancy and support
     
  • E-commerce solutions
     

Service details, timelines, and deliverables will be specified in a separate project agreement or quotation.

2. Payment

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed terms in the project agreement.
     
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or other specified online methods.
     
  • Late payments may result in delays in service delivery.
     

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and materials required for the project
     
  • Respond promptly to queries and approve deliverables within the agreed timeline
     
  • Ensure all content provided does not violate laws or third-party rights
     

4. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client after full payment is received, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
     
  • Next Era IT retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials, unless confidentiality is requested.
     

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • All services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
     
  • Refunds are considered only in cases where Next Era IT fails to deliver the service as agreed.
     
  • Partial refunds may be granted for project cancellations prior to significant work completion.
     

6. Delivery

  • Services are delivered digitally via email, secure links, or other online platforms.
     
  • Timelines depend on project complexity and client responsiveness.
     
  • Delivery is considered complete once the client approves the final work.
     

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Next Era IT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
     
  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, such as increased revenue or traffic, unless explicitly stated in the project agreement.
     

8. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the project.
     
  • This obligation continues even after the completion of the project.
     

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms

Next Era IT may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting to our website.
